Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? We're looking for dynamic Sales Representatives to lead expansion efforts in the Convenience Channel across Gauteng South and in the Western Cape.
This is a fast-paced, field-based role ideal for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, thrives in entrepreneurial environments, and knows how to turn challenges into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive volume, value, and market share across forecourts and convenience outlets
- Rapidly grow outlet coverage and secure new listings
- Train and support distributor and partner teams through trade visits and workshops
- Manage stock rotation, availability, and asset placement
- Execute trade activations, sampling sessions, and in-store promotions
- Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate reporting and CRM data (Rep-Force)
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver regional targets
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience in FMCG or beverages
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel and conduct overnight trips as needed
- Undergraduate degree or diploma preferred
