Responsible for achieving FMCG sales as per target
Responsible for identifying and developing new clients
Cold call and business development
Service existing client base with regular client visits/interaction as needed
Provide regular feedback and reports to Management
Regular customer visits as per sales and inquiry needs
Prepare and present sales presentations
Monitor and evaluate competition activities and products
Generation and follow-up on quotes to customers
Ensure all client contact details are captured and updated on the CRM system
Answer client queries and assist with updated information and training as may be needed
Maintain and file all electronic and manual sales information as per company requirements
Solves technical queries on products, by providing either telephonic support or on-site support
Gives after-hours support to clients, where necessary
Requirements
Grade 12
Own a reliable vehicle
Relevant FMCG sales experience
Relevant sales qualification is preferred
Able to travel extensively
Current and valid driver's license
Must be computer literate - MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales track record
Good mathematical skills and basic reasoning ability
