Floor Manager (seasonal Contract) – High End Multi Outlet Venue – V&a Waterfront, Cape Town
Job Description
Oversee seamless daily floor operations across multiple outlets
Lead, motivate and coordinate waitstaff and bar teams to deliver exceptional service
Handle multiple orders and guest needs with speed, accuracy, and a calm approach
Support the Operations Manager with smooth workflow, guest flow, and service standards
Maintain a positive, hands-on presence on the floor at all times
Previous experience in a high-volume, high-end hospitality environment
A natural multitasker with strong communication and leadership abilities
Excellent operational awareness and problem-solving skills
Availability for flexible hours and peak trading periods
Salary
R22,000 per month, cost to company
