What will you do?

This is a middle management position that reports directly to the COO: MiWayLife.
The role is accountable for driving sales through the management of the Contact centre along with the supporting operational and technical functions.

Key responsibilities include:

xe2xa6x81 Drive, monitor and analyse targeted sales
xe2xa6x81 Stakeholder and Partnership Management
xe2xa6x81 Expense and risk management
xe2xa6x81 People management and leadership
xe2xa6x81 Work force planning and management

What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification & experience:

xe2xa6x81 Business, marketing or Commerce degree/diploma
xe2xa6x81 Contact Centre management experience (5 years+)
xe2xa6x81 Experience in financial distribution services, Strong sales and operations experience (preferably Contact/Service Centre)

IT:

xe2xa6x81 MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook)
xe2xa6x81 MIS
xe2xa6x81 MiNtinga
xe2xa6x81 VICI-Dialler/Asterix

Business:

xe2xa6x81 Sound financial services industry knowledge
xe2xa6x81 Thorough knowledge of MiWay Life business model and strategy
xe2xa6x81 Financial services product knowledge (MiWay Life and competitors)
xe2xa6x81 Relevant regulatory legislation and compliance knowledge
xe2xa6x81 Call centre and telephony processes and models
xe2xa6x81 Sales processes, selling techniques
xe2xa6x81 Sales support and processing
xe2xa6x81 Business retention
xe2xa6x81 Marketing and campaign management (telephony/online)
xe2xa6x81 Underwriting processes and governances

Qualification and Experience

Degree or Diploma with 4 to 6 years related experience.
