Future Motor Lease is a fast growing, fast paced and vibrant car rental company. We are looking for innovative, hardworking individuals that have a strong work ethic. The company's growth has opened the vacancy of a Maintenance/Fleet coordinator position. If you are looking for growth and want to join a dynamic team, this might be the position for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily business operations in fleet from cradle to grave. Team player. Supervising other staff members in the Fleet department. Developing and implementing growth strategies. Training low-level managers and staff. Creating and managing budgets. Improving revenue. (KPI's of departments are met) Evaluating performance and productivity. Researching and identifying growth opportunities. Cost management. Risk management. Generating reports and giving presentations. Liaison with clients, suppliers, employees and management Driving of any/all Company vehicles and movement from place to place as shall be directed by Management. Scheduling service of vehicles and or repair and maintenance work where required Traveling to various branches. The above duties will be expanded and updated from time to time Inspection of vehicles and resolution of issues in a timely manner Assist with any/all fleet related duties as required Obey any/all lawful and reasonable instructions given by management

Requirements:

Good knowledge of different business functions. Strong leadership qualities. Excellent communication skills. Highly organized. Strong work ethic. Great interpersonal skills. Meticulous, attention to detail. Strong computer skills. Proactive nature. Excellent customer skills.

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years management experience. Mechanical Knowledge Must Have Car knowledge Driver's license. Financial qualification advantageous. Experience in the car rental industry is advantageous. Great overall knowledge of cars.

Salary is Gross - R17 000 Based on experience.

Monday - Friday - 7:30am - 5pm

Saturdays 7:30am - 1:30pm ( when requested)

Overtime when requested.
