The Role: Fleet Controller
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of fleet operations. You will oversee driver performance, vehicle availability, and maintenance scheduling to ensure optimal fleet utilisation and minimum downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Bring 3-5 years of experience in fleet coordination or transport operations
Manage fleet capacity, schedules, and availability
Supervise and support drivers to ensure compliance and efficiency
Monitor vehicle performance, usage, and maintenance needs
Coordinate vehicle repairs and liaise with workshops
Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation
Assist with route planning and transport logistics as required
About You
3-5 years experience in a fleet controller or similar role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Logistics or transport qualification advantageous
Computer literacy and basic admin/reporting skills
