Fleet & Asset Coordinator - Remote

Casual Start | Build the System, Drive the Growth

Aspire Automotives, the automotive division of The Well & Co, is in rebuild mode. We're scaling a national vehicle operation that blends care transport, short-term leasing, and resale -- and we're looking for the person to run the engine room behind the scenes.

This is not just admin. This is a rare opportunity to help build a dealership-meets-leasing operation from scratch, with real ownership and performance-based rewards. We're starting casual -- but if you execute well, you'll be moved to part-time or full-time quickly.

Your Mission

You'll operate as the remote control tower for a growing fleet. From servicing and detailing to compliance, onboarding, leasing prep, and resale readiness -- you'll make sure every vehicle moves through the system on time, on budget, and fully compliant.

You'll coordinate with a part-time field support person in Australia, vendors like mechanics and detailers, and our executive team -- ensuring our asset operations run like clockwork.

What You'll Own

Servicing & Maintenance

Schedule minor/major services and repairs

Manage tyre, battery, detailing, and paint appointments

Coordinate with on-ground agent for vehicle handoffs

Compliance & Audit Prep

Keep registration, CTP, insurance, and logbooks updated

Upload receipts, invoices, and photos to Google Drive + Glide

Maintain our ISO-aligned asset register

Leasing & Acquisitions

Prepare newly acquired vehicles for Turo leasing or transport use

Schedule cleaning, key set prep, 360 photos, and deployment readiness

Track vehicle health and escalate resale triggers
