Job Description

Vehicle Lifecycle Management:

- Procurment, registration, disposals



Supplier & Purchase Order Coordination:

- Manage vender applications, purchase orders and recons



License Disc & COF Management:

- ensure COF submissions and track expiry dates



Traffic Fine Administration:

-Monitor and report on traffic fines for all branches



Insurance Claims Handling:



Fuel Card Administration



System & Data Reporting:

-Utilize systems like SAGE, MX, and FleetIT for data management.& reporting



Assist with Health & Safety Support with prep for toolbox talks



2-3 years' experience in fleet administration or a related role



Strong communication and interpersonal skills



Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities



Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel - advanced)



Grade 12 (Matric)



Relevant qualification in Fleet, Transport, or Logistics Management (advantageous)



Own reliable transport



Between 3 - 5 Years
