Tasks



Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to:



Conduct daily physical checks of all vehicles in the fleet, ensuring alignment with system records. Perform regular vehicle scanning using handheld or system-based devices to update location, status and availability. Identify and resolve any discrepancies between physical fleet and inventory system data. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle files, including registration, licensing and inspection documents. Assist with the coordination of vehicle movements between branches or to/from service providers. Monitor and report on vehicle damages, service requirements and vehicle readiness for rental. Ensure all check-in and check-out procedures are followed and documented correctly. Support the admin function by filing reports, updating databases and generating daily/weekly fleet status reports. Liaise with operations, maintenance, and rental agents to ensure seamless fleet availability and compliance. Investigate, monitor and action vehicle km disputes Manage and handle baby seats Ensure claims are loaded timeously
