We're looking for a

fixed-term Digital account manager

with 5 or more years of experience in an Agency setting. If you're an executor with social media experience and have worked in an agency environment this may be the job for you.

The

fixed-term Digital Account Manager

position is concerned with providing impressive technical, creative and administrative support on integrated digital campaigns to help clients improve their web and social media presence. The Group Accounts Director will have an amazing understanding and solid experience in marketing and the processes that go into web and app development, with an excellent customer service approach. You will have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance and should ultimately be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

You must have:

6 Years of Digital Agency/Department experience Retail experience preferred Experience with customer service and account management Fundamental understanding of marketing communications disciplines Strong Analytical Skills Must be an excellent relationship builder and collaborator Have the ability to prioritize and multi-task while working in a busy team Must demonstrate flexibility and a professional approach at all times. Must have strong administration skills Possess a can-do attitude with strong initiative. In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. The ability to self-supervise in order to meet deadlines. High standard of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and oral English.
