Job Description

The Demi Chef de Partie will assist with food preparation and ensure that all dishes meet the property's exceptional standards. You will support the Section Chef in managing mise-en-place, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring consistent quality during service.



Key Responsibilities:



Assist with daily food preparation and plating.



Ensure quality, freshness, and consistency in all menu items.



Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.



Work efficiently to meet service demands during peak periods.



Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards.

Stellenbosch, Western Cape



Contract:

Fixed Term



Culinary qualification or relevant training.



Minimum 2 years' kitchen experience in a fine dining or 5-star setting.



Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork.



Available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
