Job Title: Fitment Centre Manager
Location: Knysna/Plett
A leading retail trade company is looking for an experienced Fitment Centre Manager with strong experience in/with people management, budgeting, and customer relationship management to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and action-oriented manager to drive the achievement of company budgets and ensure excellent customer service by leading and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, organise, control and support the entire operation of a Fitment Centre.
• Ensure the achievement of company budgets by generating sales, managing expenses, and controlling stock.
• Establish a culture of trust and effective communication to achieve business KPIs.
• Manage customer service to ensure targeted levels of satisfaction.
• Enforce and manage compliance with standard business practices and procedures.
• Effectively manage and hold staff accountable through performance and disciplinary procedures.
• Develop and mentor staff through talent management and IDP processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a relevant role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Total of 7 years of relevant experience, with 2 years of general management duties.
• Essential qualifications include a General Management Diploma, B Com Degree (Management), or Grade 12.
• Extensive knowledge of people management practices, company policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency with SAP, CRM, ERP, and other sales and management tools.
• Strong business acumen, including basic financial reporting and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for continuous development and improvement.
