R 350 000 - R 450 000 Annually Cost To Company (Market related, Negotiable)

A large Multi-national Client in Cape Town CBD seek the expertise of a skilled Corporate Office Administrator.

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in large Corporate professional services environment
  • Must come from the Financial services /Advisory/ Consulting sector
  • Excellent Excel and MS knowledge
  • Data integrity skills - accuracy, completeness and consistency
  • Responsible for the daily office operational deliverables and outputs to support the business and departments
  • Attending to the administration and organisational tasks which include upkeep of records, reports, website information, internal recruitment, templates, personal information of employees, attendance, reception duties
