An Architectural Firm based in Cape Town is seeking Senior Architectural Technologists to join their team. Commercial Projects
The Company offers the following Services for diverse and commercial projects:
- Feasibility Studies
- Design Consultants
- Design Visualization
- Tender documentation and adjudication
- Detail and construction drawings
- Contract administration
- Min 5-10 Years Experience working as a Senior Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Commercial and retail project experience
- Aiding the Lead Architect with all aspects of design development
- Responsible for the design development of projects from concept to completion
- Responsible for all local authority compliance and code compliance
- Responsible for utilising correct design standards
- Creating and coordinating contract documents
- Reviewing drawings
- Coordinating with consultants, staff and clients
- Supporting projects through to contract administration and completion
