We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, analytical, and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. This role involves managing financial data, working with international banks, and handling multi-currency transactions.
Location: Muizenberg, Cape Town
Key Responsibilities:
Track expenses, budgets, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial transactions.
Provide clear and accurate financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts and bank statements.
Manage bank feeds within the accounting system, ensuring accuracy in multi-currency transactions.
Work closely with international banks to facilitate smooth financial operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance-related role.
At least 2 years of experience working with multiple currencies.
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis.
Experience with international banking operations and bank feeds management.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
