About the team:
The team is primarily responsible for providing full administrative, organisational, and event support to the Investments team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a professional experience for clients and stakeholders.
In this role you will:

+ Administration and co-ordination
+ Manage diaries and schedules for team members
+ Book and coordinate travel (flights, accommodation, car hire)
+ Process and reconcile expenses, timeously
+ Ensure compliance with FAIS requirements and update CPD records
+ Prepare and maintain Team documents, records, and files
+ Chase and manage the completion of logging research notes for the team, by the required deadlines
+ Limit review note completion - planning to submission
+ Creation and managing of Team planners
+ Meetings and client support
+ Act as a first point of contact for client and staff queries
+ Arrange venues, catering, and logistics for meetings on external events
+ Compile and circulate professional meeting reports when required
+ Maintain and circulate investment-related schedules and lists
+ Coordinate client meetings and manage staff/client gifts
+ Oversee office facilities and ad hoc tasks
+ Event Management
+ Organise external events (roadshows, conferences, workshops, golf days, client functions)
+ Arrange internal team events and offsites
+ Manage venues, invitations, RSVPs, and logistics
+ Provide on-the-day event support
+ Produce post-event reports and follow up on CPD certificates for your
