This role can be based within GEM Hub office (Turkey, Dubai, Romania, South Africa, Lebanon, Egypt)

As an Financial Planning & Analysis Manager you will act as a primary business partner in regard to Planning, Management Reporting & Financial Analysis to the Regional VP and FP&A Director and FP&A Lead , Provides secondary support to Country Directors. Provide functional leadership and direction to in-country FP&A staff - though matrix accountability.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead planning activities across GEM organization
• Provide business support for the GEM LT , VP , Finance director and FP&A Manager
• Provide estimates and forecasts at the whole GEM level, and support on follow up/changes post forecasts reviews
• Support calls and interactions both with the GEM commercial team and the overall GEM Finance team
• Coordinate and align with EMEA functions on GEM forecasts and budget
• Liaise with EMEA to present forecasts and estimates of GEM analytics and look after follow/up changes post reviews
• Support Business cases preparation and analysis for the GEM region
• Is involved in HC analysis and follow-up at a GEM level;
• Support to develop guidelines and procedures for business partnering activities;
• Facilitates sharing of best practices among business partners

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, and Commercial / Business Finance roles, out of which a minimum of 5 years at the managerial level.
• Business or Management degree, plus accounting designation (MBA is a plus)
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, performance monitoring, and process automation required
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills required
• Well organized, reliable, and a very good collaborator at all levels
• Able to simplify, standardize and provide xe2x80x9cto the pointxe2x80x9d advice to stakeholders
• Guru of Excel, PowerPoint, Reporting & Planning software's, ERP, dashboards & automation
• Communication skills with the ability to build successful relationships and influence, negotiate and achieve consensus at senior levels, including effective communication at all levels and those with varying levels of financial literacy.
• Possesses good Commercial and Business Mindset
• Full fluency in spoken and written English, French or and Arabic is a plus
