Job Summary Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for innovation and growth? Our client is a cutting-edge ICT service provider seeking a talented Operations Finance Specialist to join their rapidly expanding team. Reporting to the Finacial Director the position is critical in managing and overseeing the billing processes, procurement policies, and vendor relations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Roles and responsibilities: Financial Management: Manage and oversee financial operations related to Cloud, Network, and Telephony services as well as Managed Print Solutions. Billing and Invoice Management - Ensure accurate invoicing of procured goods and services to end customer and volume-based billing like voice minutes, prints,licenses, data usage, etc. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing processes. Monitor financial performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Vendor and Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for vendors, managing contract billing, and maintaining strong relationships. Collaborate with vendors and clients to optimize financial processes. Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance collaboration and resolve financial queries. Process Improvement and Management: Utilize your experience to implement new processes and procedures for improved efficiency. Analyze existing financial workflows and recommend enhancements. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance, share knowledge and expertise in operational finance to mentor and develop team members. Manage and oversee the procurement clerk, ensuring effective execution of operational requirements and adherence to procurement policies. Requirements and Qualifications: An understanding of the ICT sector and its financial implications. Proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail. Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance operations or related role within the ICT sector including volume billing. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
