Finance Manager
to provide a sound finance structure to the business, including and not limited to financial planning, continuously revising, and narrowing controls to minimize risk. You will prepare and analyse the balance sheet, cash flow and income statement within the Division and Tsebo Group timelines. Manage working capital management to the Division and Tsebo Group to protect existing assets and income, through effective corporate governance and financial policy and procedure.

Duties & Responsibilities
Managing the TsAfrika Catering Finance team to provide effective and efficient financial reporting internally within Tsebo Catering
Preparation of all monthly balance sheet reconcialitions
Debtors and Creditors Age Analysis; Stock and cash verification and Bank reconciliations
Provisions, Accruals, Accrued Income (ensure accounted for within acceptable accounting standards)
Manage the Forecasting and budgeting process for TsAfrka Catering
Working capital targets in line with targets set during the budget procecss
Provide adequate commercial support in terms of contract profitability, working capital management and ad hoc projects
Manage Year End Audits, adhoc audits and ensure adhere to internal contrls, procedures, deadlines and regulatory requirements
Manage Adhoc responsibilities included in Finance such as system implementation , streamlining reporting and any adhoc requests from the CEO, MD and or Finance Director

Skills and Competencies
Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; D365, etc);
Advanced Excel experience is essential;
Knowledge of budgeting & forecasting processes is preferred;
Group accounting / consolidations experience preferred;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Financial Management;
CA (SA) or Equivalent
5-8 years' post-qualifying experience;
* 2-3 years' previous relevant management experience, preferably in HO environment; Service orientated experience in Catering and or aligned industry will have an added advantage
