Job Summary Position: Senior Manager Supply Chain Finance Africa
Location: Johannesburg North (Hybrid)
Salary: R 1.5 mil to R 2 mil (depending on experience)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- This role is focused on Finance Supply Chain Management
- Partner with plant management and ensure financial compliance of the different manufacturing sites
- Implement and ensure strong controls and compliance across supply chain and plants
- Ensure that policies are understood across the group
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Finance planning and performance management processes
- Financial Modelling to support investment and operational decisions
- Strategic planning
- Business proposals, daily execution, and management
- FMCG/Manufacturing background
- Matrix reporting structure
- Experience working for a Multi-National / Global Business
- Finance Supply Chain background
- Experience partnering with the plant management team
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Effectively and efficiently manage the working capital
