We are seeking an exceptional

Financial Manager

to join our

Alliances Division

-- a key strategic area that powers Lesaka's partnerships with global payment networks and fintech collaborators. This role is central to shaping commercial decision-making and enabling growth in one of Africa's most dynamic fintech environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial modelling and financial analysis for new and existing strategic partnerships. Develop and maintain business cases supporting initiatives across issuing, acquiring, and embedded finance. Drive pricing strategy for alliance-related products and services, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability. Collaborate with senior executives, finance teams, and alliance partners to align commercial terms and growth objectives. Provide strategic financial insights to support negotiations, partnership structures, and long-term planning.

Minimum Requirements

CA (SA) or equivalent qualification. 10+ years' experience in commercial modelling, financial planning, or corporate finance. 5+ years' experience within payments, fintech, or banking. Strong understanding of payment network economics and alliance structures.
