:The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the full finance function of the business, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, compliance with statutory obligations, and the effective supervision of finance staff.xc2xb7 Print and save supplier invoices and statements for the finance departmentxc2xb7 Perform bi-weekly bank reconciliations across all bank accounts.xc2xb7 Ensure timely and accurate debtors and creditors matching.xc2xb7 Oversee payroll processing and compliance.xc2xb7 Import payments and receipts from Pastel into Datatim.xc2xb7 Review and reconcile claims.xc2xb7 Prepare and submit monthly management accounts.xc2xb7 Update Cost of Sales (COS) from Datatim to Pastel for accurate management accounts.xc2xb7 Review supplier remittances and process bank payments.xc2xb7 Reconcile all balance sheet accounts and post month-end journals.xc2xb7 Review trial balance (TB), debtors, and creditors ledgers.xc2xb7 Review and reconcile inter-company loans, debtors, and creditors.xc2xb7 Review projects' income and expenses.xc2xb7 Prepare the annual budget and monitor performance against it.xc2xb7 Calculate and submit provisional tax returns.xc2xb7 Manage statutory submissions including VAT, PAYE, Provisional Tax, Income Tax, and COIDA.xc2xb7 Assist external auditors with independent reviews and audits.xc2xb7 Prepare 6-month average sales reports as required.Requirementsxc2xb7 Grade 12xc2xb7 Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA(SA) or equivalent preferred).xc2xb7 Minimum 5xe2x80x937 years of relevant experience in a financial management role.xc2xb7 Proficiency in Pastel, Datatim, and MS Excel, Sage Payroll, IQ Retail (advanced level).xc2xb7 Sound knowledge of statutory regulations (SARS, COIDA, etc.).xc2xb7 Proven experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
