As the Financial Manager, you will report to the CFO and lead a team of 4 or more finance professionals. You will take ownership of monthly and quarterly reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, VAT and tax compliance, asset management, and audit preparation. The role also demands close collaboration with operations and project teams, ensuring financial data translates into real business impact. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role suited for someone with strong leadership skills and deep technical expertise.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom in Finance or Accounting; Honours preferred
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Financial Manager, including team leadership
- Experience with large, multi-entity organisations
- Proficiency in financial systems (MS Dynamics AX an advantage) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of IFRS, VAT, tax compliance, and financial controls
- Project financial management experience preferred
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
