As the company grows, they need a strategic and energetic Financial Manager to take ownership of their finance operations and contribute directly to business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting and finance function, including general ledger, payroll, and reporting
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial systems
• Ensure accurate and timeous compliance with tax and statutory requirements
• Collaborate with operational managers and senior leadership to support business growth and efficiency
• Provide strategic insights based on financial performance and trends

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Newly Qualified CA (SA)
• Experience working with or auditing agricultural clients is highly advantageous
