Financial Manager Finance
KwaZulu Natal - South AfricaAre you an experienced accounting professional seeking an impactful role? We are urgently looking for a Financial Manager to join a well-established company.   • Month-End and Year-End Close.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial closes.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.
  • Report to management and Group.
  • Compliance with Accounting Standards.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
  • Accounting Team Management.
  • Supervise accounting staff.
  • Set performance goals.
  • Provide training and development.
  • Process Improvements.
  • Identify ways to automate and streamline workflows.
  • Financial Reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external financial reports.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and sales to ensure accurate and timely transaction recording.
  • Internal Controls.
  • Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
  • External Audits.
What Were Looking For:
  • CA(SA) qualification
  • 5 years financial management experience
  • Experience within a FMCG/manufacturing environment advantageous.
  • Experience in working on business management and accounting software
