Job Description

Job Summary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full financial function, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage stock, inventory processes, and cost controls within a production environment.
- Prepare financial reports, management accounts, and analysis.
- Maintain strong financial controls and drive process improvements.
- Support operational teams and provide strategic financial insights.
- Lead and guide the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Liaise with auditors, stakeholders, and senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BCom Accounting qualification required (articles beneficial).
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Financial Manager role.
- Industrial or production industry experience advantageous.
- Strong stock management experience essential.
- Confident, assertive personality with the ability to lead under pressure.
- Able to work full-time on-site in Langlaagte, Johannesburg
