A respected and growing industrial business is seeking a Financial Manager to take ownership of the full finance function. From reporting and compliance to forecasting and cash flow, this is your opportunity to lead a team, influence operations, and drive business performance.
Duties:

• Delivering monthly management reports and annual statutory accounts
• Preparing tax packs and handling all income tax and provisional returns
• Managing internal and external audit engagements
• Leading cash flow, forecasting, and supplier relationships
• Running weekly budgets, month-end procedures, and journal approvals
• Overseeing the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
• Ensuring ERP control, supplier detail accuracy, and VAT/statutory payments
• Aligning stock accuracy with operations and resolving variances
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations across a 9-entity group

What Do You Need?:

• Professional qualification: CA(SA), CIMA, or SAIPA
• Minimum 5 years in a Financial Manager or Senior Accountant role
• High proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lead under pressure and solve complex finance challenges
• A mindset that values control, compliance, and continuous improvement
