Our client, a leading player in the farming and mining industry, is seeking a Financial Manager to join their team based in the Southwest of Johannesburg.
Responsibilities: As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full financial operations of the company, including:
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow management
- Tax compliance and statutory reporting
- Internal controls and risk management
- Team leadership and development
- Strategic financial planning to support business growth
- CA(SA) qualification is essential
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Must be well-spoken with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage full finance functions
