Job Summary This role reports into executive leadership and will oversee the full finance function, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and performance insights that support business growth. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, analytically strong, and capable of leading a team within a dynamic and operationally complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Manage internal controls and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate the external audit process and liaise with auditors.
• Mentor and lead a finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive efficiencies through process improvements and system optimisation.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
• 7-10 years' experience in a senior financial role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, transport, or similarly complex industries.
• Proven ability to manage full finance functions, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
