Duties
- Oversee full financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations.
- Manage and lead the finance team to deliver accurate and timely outputs.
- Develop strategies for cash flow optimisation and cost control.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and relevant legislation.
- Minimum 5 years in a financial management role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving financial strategy.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
