This market leader in the FMCG and wholesale space is looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to step into a role where your impact will be felt immediately. If you're a CA(SA) with FMCG exposure, a sharp eye for process improvement, and a passion for business beyond the numbers, then this is your launchpad. You'll work closely with a strategic and energetic leadership team who love what they do and thrive on performance, innovation, and getting things done.
Duties Include (But Not Limited To):
- Ownership of financial compliance, audit, and risk mitigation processes
- Design and implementation of robust internal controls and policies
- Management of tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax, etc.) and liaison with SARS
- High-level balance sheet control and reconciliations oversight
- Strategic input into cash flow, working capital management, and business continuity planning
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 5 years post-articles experience in FMCG or Wholesale
- Syspro exposure would be advantageous
