Financial Manager
Job Description

As the Financial Manager, you will report to the Commercial Executive and oversee the full finance function, including managing a team of 8-10 professionals across different branches. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, audits, compliance (including BEE submissions), and the implementation of internal controls aligned with IFRS standards. You will also play a vital role in business planning and decision-making through accurate financial insight and proactive leadership.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree (minimum)
- At least 5 years' experience in a Financial Manager role
- Industry experience in a complex, operational environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory compliance
- Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational abilities
