Financial Manager
Job Description
Our client, an education organisation, is looking for a Financial Manager to join them. The incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years experience (post Articles).
The role has the following primary outputs and responsibilities:
- All financial reporting: internal, external and including management packs, cash flow and B-BBEE.
- Audit and accounting compliance: day-to-day financial operations, ensuring alignment with processes and data accuracy.
- Budget maintenance: ensure adherence, and take pro-active cost saving measures.
- Assets: fixed assets register updating and tagging.
Competencies:
- Leadership skills and experience, including employee management.
- Solid understanding of data privacy standards.
- In-depth understanding of business principles, as well as demonstration thereof.
