As the Financial Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a critical role in driving financial operations across the group. You will be responsible for full financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and compliance with IFRS standards. Your ability to lead financial strategy, manage risk, and support investment decisions will directly contribute to the success and growth of the business.
Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Accounting (Honours) (essential)
Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Financial Manager
Strong background in the Property Industry (essential)
Sound knowledge of financial systems, reporting, and compliance
Ability to manage and mentor finance teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
