Our client, a key player in the services sector and part of a prominent listed entity, is looking for a Financial Manager to join their dynamic team based in Johannesburg East.
As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full financial function of the business unit, with a strong emphasis on stock management, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. This role requires a hands-on professional who can drive financial accuracy, partner with operations, and contribute to strategic decision-making. If this if for you, then apply now!
Duties:

Lead and manage the day-to-day finance operations of the business unit.
Ensure effective stock management, inventory costing, and controls.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for senior leadership.
Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Completed BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
SAIPA or SAICA articles.
Experience:

At least 5+ years financial management experience, preferably within a services or operationally intensive environment.
Extensive experience in stock management--from systems and controls to costing and reconciliations.
Prior leadership or management experience is highly advantageous.
