Job Description
An established insurance brokerage based in Randburg is seeking a Financial Manager to lead and elevate their finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings at Manco, Exco, and Board level to support strategic decisions.
- Oversee all compliance-related matters, with a strong focus on tax planning, submissions, and regulatory adherence.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with IFRS 17 standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, driving process improvements and ensuring the integrity of financial data.
- BCom degree (Honours preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience with proven management capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 17 and tax legislation.
- Proficient in Sage Pastel and advanced Excel skills.
