A one of South Africa's leading logistics and supply chain solutions providers, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Financial Manager to join our high-performance team.
As Financial Manager, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in managing financial operations, ensuring robust reporting, compliance, and contributing to key business decisions. You will partner with various business units to drive profitability, enhance operational efficiency, and support long-term growth.
As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee the full financial function including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and management accounts in accordance with IFRS.
- Monitor and manage working capital, cost control, and financial performance.
- Ensure tax compliance and liaise with auditors and other stakeholders.
- Support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a finance team to deliver on key deliverables.
Completed CIMA qualification
Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in a financial management role, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
Solid knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP).
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
