Job Description
Financial Manager - JHB North
Requirements:
- Develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth, profitability, and efficiency.
- Oversee the creation of budgets, financial forecasts, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding the company's financial health.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize liquidity for business operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts and other professionals.
- Analyse cost structures and identify areas for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Ensure all financial practices are compliant with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CA (SA) with 3 years post experience
- 3+ years of experience leading a team of 6 within the Micro-lending or Capital Markets Sector
