Job Description

Our client in the Insurance sector is looking for a Financial Manager
Requirements:

Develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth, profitability, and efficiency.
Oversee the creation of budgets, financial forecasts, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding the companys financial health.
Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize liquidity for business operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts and other professionals.
Analyse cost structures and identify areas for cost savings and operational improvements.
Ensure all financial practices are compliant with local and international financial regulations and standards.

Job Experience & Skill Required:

BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
CA (SA) with 3 years post experience
3+ years of experience leading a team of 6 within the Short- or Long-Term Insurance sector
