Job Description
Our client, a leading name in the property industry is looking for a strategic and driven Financial Manager to join their dynamic team and help shape the financial future of their company. As a Financial Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing the full financial function of the business. From strategic planning and forecasting to compliance and reporting, you will ensure the financial health and sustainability of their property portfolio.Duties:
- Income Statements and Balance Sheets
- Reconciliations
- Liaising with internal and external auditors
- Tax and VAT
- Oversee portfolio of property
- Oversee drafting of financial statements
- BCom
- Completed SAICA / SAIPA articles is essential
- Minimum 3 years post article experience is required
- Property experience is preferred
- Experience in Team Management is essential
- Advanced Excel experience is compulsory
