Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support mergers and acquisitions activities, from analysis through execution
- Manage funding initiatives and capital raising efforts to support business expansion
- Oversee accurate financial recording, reporting, and analysis
- Provide insights into historical performance and cost trends to guide business strategy
- Monitor and enforce compliance with financial policies, regulations, and controls
- Oversee legal and regulatory financial administration
- Ensure effective financial management practices across the organization
- Degree in Finance or Accounting (essential)
- Professional registration with SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA, or CIBA (required)
- 5xe2x80x936 years of experience in a Financial Management role
- Proven experience in M&A and capital raising (non-negotiable)
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in Sage and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
