SUMMARY:
Lead financial strategy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment!
A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Financial Manager to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take ownership of the full financial function in a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
Manage cost control, cash flow, and working capital to optimize financial performance.
Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring operational efficiency.
Liaise with auditors and oversee audit processes.

POSITION INFO:
Job description and skills required:

CA(SA) qualification is essential.
Manufacturing industry experience is highly advantageous.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, cost management, and compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
