Job Experience & Skills Required:

46 years of experience in a financial management role
Strong management experience with a proven track record of leadership
Proficiency in IFRS and financial reporting standards
Experience with system implementation and process improvement

Qualifications:

BCom Accounting with CIMA qualification required

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with IFRS
Preparing annual financial statement
Cashflow management
Lead system implementation and process enhancements
Develop financial strategies to drive business growth
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Provide strategic insights to support decision-making
