We are recruiting for a Financial Manager: Regulatory and Transformation Focus!Job & Company Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Finance Manager to lead our transformation and sustainability reporting efforts. This role plays a central part in integrating B-BBEE compliance and ESG performance into our financial strategy, ensuring accurate reporting, legal alignment, and meaningful business impact. Ideal for a finance professional with a passion for governance and transformation, this role combines data management, compliance expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.Duties:

• Manage and oversee the full B-BBEE scorecard across all elements, including Ownership, Management Control, Skills Development, Enterprise & Supplier Development, and Socio-Economic Development.
• Lead annual scenario planning and strategy development for B-BBEE compliance during the business planning cycle.
• Produce quarterly B-BBEE scorecards and TMPS calculations, ensuring timely reporting and system accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Procurement, Finance, Facilities, IT) to track ESG metrics and manage monthly reporting processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate data submission and approval within ESG reporting systems.
• Prepare quarterly ESG reports for executive and board-level review.

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

• Completed BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3xe2x80x935 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in finance, with a strong focus on transformation and/or ESG.
• In-depth knowledge of B-BBEE legislation (DTI Codes of Good Practice) and ESG reporting frameworks.
