Job Summary:

Beauty on TApp is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Manager with at least 5 years of experience to oversee the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the retail industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The Financial Manager will work closely with the Founder and CEO to drive financial performance and support business growth.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Manage tax, audit, and compliance requirements

Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost improvement

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO

Manage and support day-to-day accounting functions

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards

Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies

Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures

Support the development and tracking of KPIs and business metrics

Key Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred

At least 5 years of relevant financial management experience

Retail industry experience is highly advantageous

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and reporting standards

Proficient in financial software (e.g. Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) and Excel

Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
