Job Description
Well-established company based on the East Rand seeks a Financial Manager to join their team!Requirements:
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA) are highly advantageous.
- 8xe2x80x9310 years in financial management or accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience in financial reporting, audit management, tax compliance, and IFRS.
- Occasional local and international travel required.
- Manage all financial accounting operations.
- Prepare and submit IFRS-compliant financial statements.
- Ensure accurate statutory submissions (VAT, PAYE, income tax, etc.).
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend actions.
- Manage working capital and cash flow forecasting.
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance.
- Enforce internal controls and data integrity.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive margin improvements.
- Partner on pricing, inventory, and costing strategies.
- Lead ERP and reporting system improvements.
- Develop and manage the finance team.
