Job Description

A well-established manufacturing firm based in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to take charge of their full finance function. Known for its innovative production capabilities and commitment to quality, the business plays a critical role in the local and export supply chain.
As the Finance Manager, you will report directly to executive leadership and collaborate closely with operations. You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk management, while leading a team of finance professionals. Your expertise in cost control, analysis, and system optimization (preferably using SAGE Evolution) will be pivotal to driving business performance and ensuring robust financial governance.
Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing or industrial finance
Proven leadership experience managing a team
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAGE Evolution advantageous)
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
