- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to deliver on performance targets
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal financial controls
- Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning
- Oversee cash flow planning to meet operational and strategic needs
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 5+ years experience within a similar role
- Management experience required
- Wholesale experience beneficial
