Duties:
- Oversee full financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting
- Provide strategic input to support decision-making at an executive level
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and development
- Ensure statutory compliance, tax, and audit readiness
- Analyse business performance and provide recommendations for growth and efficiency
- Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and controls
- Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant - CA(SA)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years post-articles experience in the commercial sector
- Proven experience managing a finance team
- Industry experience in consulting or construction will be a significant advantage
