Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, including cash flow forecasts, management accounts, and budgets.
Maintain a strong control environment aligned with Tsebo Group policies.
Manage working capital effectively to meet budgeted targets.
Provide commercial support on contract profitability, variance analysis, and ad hoc projects.
Oversee forecasting and budgeting processes for the division.
Coordinate year-end audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Lead finance systems implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Mentor and develop the Catering Finance Team to achieve high performance.
Skills and Competencies
Financial and business acumen.
Ability to construct budgets, forecasts, and month-end reports.
Hands-on experience with automation and data analysis tools.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management; CA (SA) required.
5-8 years' post-qualification experience.
Proficiency in ERP systems (D365, Hyperion, QlikView) and advanced Excel.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and compliance standards.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
